The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway terminus is about 450 m from the door, and Chowrasta is roughly the same, uphill. The Club Side motor stand is directly below the hotel, which is where the shared jeeps for Mirik, Kurseong and Kalimpong leave from.

Hotel Charlie and Clubside Restaurant are now run by Zoryn Hospitality, a Darjeeling group working across hotels, restaurants and travel. Since taking over, the team has renovated the rooms from the walls out — wood panelling, new bathrooms with geysers, fresh linen — and relaunched Clubside as a multi-cuisine restaurant serving Indian · Tandoor · Biryani · Bengali · Chinese · Thai to house guests and walk-ins alike.
